Abstract

The theory of fixed points in partially ordered metric spaces has seen significant advancements in recent years. In this article, we demonstrate specific fixed point theorems for both multi-valued and single-valued mappings within these spaces, utilizing an altering distance function. Our findings expand upon several existing results.
