• GENERALIZED CONTRACTION FOR COUPLED FIXED POINT THEOREMS USING Q- FUNCTION

Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to prove coupled fixed point theorem for non linear contractive mappings in partially ordered complete quasi-metric spaces using the concept of monotone mapping with a  function  and  contractive condition. The presented theorems are generalization and extension of the recent coupled fixed point theorems due to Bhaskar and Lakshmikantham [9]. We also give an example in support of our theorem.
