• A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF LANE-EMDEN EQUATION BY DIFFERENTIAL AND MULTISTEP DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFORM METHOD POWERED BY ADOMIAN POLYNOMIAL

Abstract


In this paper,we study the elliptic equation  with  and  on real positive line, called Lane-Emden equation. We have solved the equation by Differential Transform and Multistep Differential Transform Methods Powered by Adomian Polynomial and then made a comparative analysis with the existing numerical results. Pade’ approximation is used to improve the convergence in case of Differential Transform Method Powered by Adomian Polynomial.
