• MHD BOUNDARY LAYER FLOW THROUGH A POROUS MEDIUM OVER A STRETCHING SHEET WITH CHEMICAL REACTION
Abstract
In this analysis, the magnetohydrodynamic boundary layer flow with heat and mass transfer effects over a stretching vertical sheet under the influence of radiation and heat generation is studied. The resultant governing boundary layer equations are non-linear and coupled form of partial differential equations, and they have been solved by using fourth order Runge-Kutta method with shooting technique. The numerical computations are presented graphically to the salient features of the fluid flow heat and mass transfer characteristics. The skin-friction, Nusselt number and Sherwood number are also analyzed for variation of governing parameters.
