• NUMERICAL STRATEGIES FOR THE Nth - ORDER FUZZY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS BY LEAPFROG METHOD

Abstract


This paper presents an efficient method namely Leapfrog method is introduced for solving Nth - order fuzzy differential equations based on Seikkala derivative with initial value problem [15]. The proposed method is tested on higher order fuzzy differential equations. The discrete solutions obtained through Leapfrog are compared with single-term Haar wavelet series (STHWS) method [13]. The applicability of the Leapfrog method is more suitable to solve the higher order fuzzy differential equations. Error graphs are presented to highlight the efficiency of the Leapfrog method.
