• THERMAL RADIATION EFFECT ON MHD FREE CONVECTION FLOW THROUGH A POROUS MEDIUM BOUNDED BY AN INCLINED SURFACE IN PRESENCE OF CHEMICAL REACTION WITH CONSTANT HEAT AND MASS FLUX

Abstract


We analysis the chemical reaction and radiation effects on free convective flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid through a porous medium bounded by a inclined surface with constant heat and mass flux under the influence of uniform magnetic field. The non- dimensional governing equations are solved by the perturbation method. The expressions  are  found for velocity ,temperature and concentration field and studied for different parameters such as thermal Grashof number, mass Grashof number, Schmidt number, permeability parameter, Prandtl number, magnetic number, chemical reaction parameterand radiation parameter. More importantly, the results of numerical solution of present study agree well with the earlier results study in a particular case (i.e. without radiation).
