• EFFECT OF QUADRATIC DENSITY TEMPERATURE VARIATION ON UNSTEADY CONVECTIVE HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER FLOW IN VERTICAL CHANNEL
Abstract
In this paper we investigate the unsteady convective heat and mass transfer flow of a viscous fluid through a porous medium in a vertical channel on whose walls a travelling thermal wave is imposed with quadratic temperature variation. The governing equations are solved by using Regular perturbation scheme. The velocity, temperature, stress and rate of heat transfer on the boundaries are evaluated numerically for different variations of governing parameters. The graphs are drawn for different variations and the results are discussed in detail.
