• THERMO-DIFFUSION EFFECT ON MHD CONVECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER OF A VISCOUS CHEMICAL REACTING FLUID THROUGH A POROUS MEDIUM BOUNDED BY A OSCILLATING POROUS PLATE IN THE SLIP FLOW REGIME
Abstract
In this paper we analyse the soret effect on the unsteady convective heat and mass transfer flow of a viscous, electrically conducting fluid through a porous medium bounded by an oscillating semi-infinite vertical porous plate in slip flow regime with heat sources. The equations governing the flow, heat and mass transfer are solved to obtain the expressions for velocity, temperature and concentration field and are analysed for different variations of the governing parameters G,D-1,M,α,Sc,So,R,S and N. The shear stress, Nusselt Number and Sherwood Number have been computationally evaluated for variations in the parameters.
