• UNSTEADY CONVECTIVE HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER FLOW OF A VISCOUS DISSIPATIVE FLUID IN A POROUS VERTICAL CHANNEL WITH NON-LINEAR DENSITY TEMPERATURE VARIATION
Abstract
The objective of the present investigation is to study the effect of Non-linear density temperature variation on convective heat and mass transfer flow of a viscous fluid through a porous medium in a vertical channel on whose walls oscillatory temperature and concentrations are prescribed. The equations governing the flow and heat transfer are solved by regular perturbation techniques. The velocity, temperature and concentration distributions are derived, discussed numerically and their profiles for various values of physical parameters are shown through graphs. The effect of rate of heat and mass transfer are also discussed through tables.
Keywords
Unsteady convective flow, viscous dissipative fluid, porous medium, vertical channel and non-linear density temperature variation.
