• GEOMETRIC DIFFERENCE SEQUENCE SPACES IN NUMERICAL ANALYSIS

DR. SHADAB AHMAD KHAN

Abstract

Grossman and Katz [4] introduced the non-Newtonian calculus consisting of the branches of geometric, anageometric and bigeometric calculus. Cengin Türkmen and Feyzi Başar [1] have some basic results on the sets of sequences with geometric calculus. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the geometric difference sequence space ( ) and prove that ( ) is a Banach space with respect to norm . Finally we obtain the Geometric Newton-Gregory interpolation formulae.

Keywords

Difference sequence spaces, Geometric Calculus, interpolation formula.
