• EFFECT OF RADIATION ON CONVECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER THROUGH A POROUS MEDIUM IN A HORIZONTAL WAVY CHANNEL WITH NON-UNIFORM TEMPERATURE

Abstract


we analyze the effect of radiation on mixed convective heat transfer of a viscous incompressible fluid through a horizontal channel bounded by wavy walls which are maintained at non-uniform temperature. Taking the slope (d) of the boundary walls the equations governing the flow and heat transfer are solved by the perturbation technique. The velocity and temperature are analyzed for different variations of the governing parameters G, N1, D-1, R. The Shear stress and the rate of heat transfer on the boundary walls have been computed and numerically analyzed.
