• ON R# CLOSED SETS IN TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

Abstract

In this paper, a new class of closed sets called R^# closed sets in topological spaces are introduced and studied. A subset A of a topological space (X,t) is called R^#-closed if U contains generalized closure of A whenever U contains A and U is R* open set in (X,t). This new class of Closed sets lies between the g-closed sets and rg-closed sets in topological spaces. Also some of their properties have been investigated.
