• Méta modélisation de l’alignement d’un Système d’Information existant avec un Système Qualité cible

Abstract


Currently, there are several referential qualities that companies can adopt. Some are more commonly used and established like the ISO. Before embarking on a quality approach, to choose a certification or planning process, it is necessary to evaluate the effort of implementing a quality system. Companies must determine which referential qualities is best suited to their activities according to criteria such as business, environment, costs of production quality, the cost of none-quality, etc. For this, it must proceed to align the existing system in the enterprise with that focused quality system. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to this process by developing an approach based on the meta-model mapping between the existing model and the model quality target.
