• MHD FREE CONVECTION HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER FLOW OF A VISCO-ELASTIC FLUID THROUGH POROUS MEDIUM BOUNDED BY AN IMPULSIVELY STARTED INFINITE VERTICAL PLATE

Abstract


This paper investigates an unsteady MHD free convection flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid past an oscillating infinite porous plate embedded in a porous medium with an oscillatory heat and mass flux in the presence of heat generation have been studied. The effects of the important flow parameters such as Magnetic parameter (M), Grashof number (Gr), Modified Grashof number (Gm), Prandtl number (Pr), Schmidt number (Sc) and the Visco-elastic flow field are analyzed quantitatively with the help of graphs and tables.
