• CONTROL POLICY OF MX / G / 1 QUEUEING SYSTEM WITH SETUP TIME, MULTIPLE VACATION, SOS FACILITY AND TWO TYPES OF REPAIRS IN FES

Abstract


This paper analyzes an / GSOS / 1 / MV / SETUP / BD under N policy with active server breakdowns, vacation policy with two types of repairs facilities. The stationary probability generating function of the system size distribution is obtained using supplementary variable technique. Various system performance measures are discussed with numerical illustrations.
