Abstract

In this paper, we study closed sets due to Sreeja D. and Janaki C. [26] and investigate further properties of these sets. By means of closed sets we introduced a new class of functions called almost continuous functions which are generalizations both continuity and almost b-continuity. Moreover, the notions of compactness and quasi normality in topological spaces are introduced and their some properties are studied.
